“Good family room. Excellent shower as this room has been updated. Perhaps it is time to update decor in the hotel rooms as it felt like we were stepping back into the 1980s. However, for the price it was a good. The size room with everything you could need. Quiet room but could do with a fan or a/c”

“Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Excellent food. Disappointed with the spa facilities, certainly not luxury. Massage rooms were in a hut next to the swimming pool. You had to walk behind the reception desk and through the swimming pool to get there. There was no relaxation room. Enjoyed the massage but for the price I had hoped for some luxury and somewhere to lie down and chill afterwards. Also you have to go through the tiny gym to get to the hot tub and if someone is using the treadmill...

“The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfy, the hosts are lovely and friendly and very talkative and they offer lots of knowledge about walks and activities in wales and have leaflets avaliable with information about activities. The hosts were also very quick to help with anything that was needed. Also the breakfast was amazing and there was lots of options to choose from”

“The first room was up 4 flights of stairs which was difficult having COPD the central heating was permanently on and couldn't turn it off, it made a racket all night stopped us sleeping, they eventually moved us to a bungalow which was much better but the hot water was boiling hot and could be very dangerous for children . There was NO restaurant or bar which was advertised . it was self catering but no shop to buy food and the internet on for 4 days Not impressed and would not recommend”
