“This hotel has horrible service. We came after 3pm which is their check-in time but we still had to wait an hour to get a room. The lobby was cluttered with boxes and equipment giving the lobby a really unprofessional look. None of the ice machines in the entire hotel were working. Also you can here everyone around you like they are in your room and there is doors connecting to the room behind you with are extremely thin. The wifi was horrible and half way unusable through out the whole 2 day...

“The staff was very welcoming and professional. The room was clean and simple. The air conditioning cooled my room pretty quick allowing me to take a nap. My boys enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable. I used a black light to check the cleanliness of the bathroom and it passed with flying colors. Great Job. Will be staying here on our next trip.”

“This was a really good hotel everything was well maintained! The food was delicious! We did have one issue where there was something wrong with the air conditioner however they were very accommodating to us!”

“Although there weren’t too many options at breakfast, it was very basic but okay. What’s more important to us is the cleanliness of the room. When we arrived I thought, oh no maybe not a good decision to book here, but we were definitely wrong. The outside is kind of dated but the inside was very, very clean, and for that reason alone, we booked our next stay here again.”

“The room is filthy, there's black mold in the tub, the carpets were dirty, only one light worked, the other didnt have a light bulb and the other flickered on and off and the TV service was horrible and the phone didnt work! Oh and not to mention says book for 2 queen beds and they're full beds!!”

“This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. If you are going to SeaWorld, the location of this hotel is the best, the amenities and environment are family friendly. The only thing that we don’t like is that they don’t have a kid’s menu in their restaurant. Everything else is awesome. We really like it, and will be back a third time.”
