    End your evening in one of Dewey's favorite hot spots, all within walking distance from this condo.

    From the moment you walk through the door you will realize you found a special place! This well cared for and cozy beach cottage is a place to enjoy stress free time with family and friends.

    You'll be on the beach block of Rodney Ave. with an easy walk to the sand and nearby bay.

    Located on the top right corner of the building, this condo has 1 floor living with 2 bedrooms, sleeper sofa, well equipped kitchen, living room with comfortable furniture, and enclosed front porch.

    The AC wall unit in the LR keeps the home cool along with mini split cooling units in both bedrooms.

    1 full bathroom with walk in shower and 2 additional outdoor community showers.

    Spend a few days, weeks, no detail was spared in making you feel special in this exceptional home away from home!

    This home is a private space for up to 6 people in a shared community of condos located on the beach block of Rodney Ave, in Dewey Beach and is an ideal spot for people who prefer not to cross the Coastal Hwy. on their walk to the beach.

    Guests will have access to a lock box with keys for an independent check in.

    Other things to note:

    Guests must be age 25 to rent

    HOA rules prevent guests from bringing pets,

    This home sleeps 6 people, there are 3 beds (king and 2 twins) and a double living room sleeper sofa.

    Sheets and bath towels are included for your stay. There are pillows and bedspreads provided for the beds and sleeper sofa.

This location was perfect as well as the accommodations. Clean and enough room for us to enjoy. Parking was off street and no need to drive anywhere for the weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. Well stocked house, loved the outdoor showers as a nice addition. You couldn’t ask for a mor picturesque get away. We loved staying at this property and will stay again in the future!

The unit was clean, accessible to all restaraunts and an easy walk to the beach. Kid friendly we took our two year old and infant. The host was wonderful and very nice. We will be booking this place again!

Nice place! It's exactly as described and shown in the photos. Our favorite place to be was on the screened in porch. Unit was clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Would suggest some room darkening curtains, as the bedrooms get very bright early morning sun. Great convenient location. Would definitely book again.

The place is perfect for a family of 4. We had 6 people and it was a little snug but definitely still manageable especially because of the great location. Very short walk to the beach and we were able to walk to coffee/breakfast places, ice cream shops, beach shops, and many restaurants for lunch/dinner. Also nice outdoor showers and a cute lounging place in the back. The host(s) were very easy to reach and communicate with. Overall we had a great experience.
