Welcome to The Residences at Lighthouse Cove, Unit 351 – Dewey Beach!
This stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath bayfront condo is located in the heart of Dewey Beach, just one block from the ocean and one block from the bay. Perfectly positioned on Dickinson Street, this spacious, amenity-rich condo offers the best of beachside living—walk to restaurants, boating, shopping, playgrounds, and all of Dewey's famous fun.
The condo comfortably sleeps eight with a king in the primary suite, a queen in the second bedroom, and a twin-over-full bunk with a trundle in the third. The stylish kitchen is equipped for family meals, and the cozy living area leads to a private bayfront balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening breezes.
Enjoy 24-hour access to a fitness center, indoor heated pool, and seasonal outdoor pool. The rooftop plaza includes grilling stations, lounge seating, and unbeatable bay views. Two covered garage parking spaces are included (6'6" height restriction), and two small dogs under 35 lbs are permitted with a pet fee, Dewey Beach license, and breed approval.
Take the Jolly Trolley just steps away to explore nearby Rehoboth Beach, Funland, and the boardwalk. You're also close to Delaware Seashore and Cape Henlopen State Parks, Tanger Outlets, kayaking, golf, and more. Things to Know: Linens are not provided, but rental packages are available. No smoking. We really enjoyed our stay! The space was open, bright, and well laid out, and the location was fantastic. We especially loved having the pool (and the outdoor shower) just steps from the door. A few small things could make the experience even better: the bedding in the bunk bed room room didn’t smell fresh, so we weren’t able to use it; a vacuum or dust buster would have been very helpful for managing the sand; and the many air fresheners gave the apartment an artificial smell. When removed, there was unfortunately a noticeable urine odor near the couch. We also noticed that the fridge water filter was due for replacement and constantly beeped to remind us. We also didn't love that the balcony gates were locked at night. We would have liked to enjoy the firepits and grills longer in the evening. Overall, though, it was a lovely space with great amenities and a location we really enjoyed.

Family Vacation

The property was as expected very nice unit. Floors were not as clean as they could’ve been and cleaning staff were parked in our parking spot when we arrived. It took quite some time to locate the person and have them move so that we could get unloaded, which was a bit frustrating. Overall great stay

Overall good property. Easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. Parking garage is very tight if you have a truck.
