“My son is a student at Embry Riddle and we always stay at this hotel. It is super clean, the staff are nothing short of amazing, it’s reasonably priced and in a great location. I had food that had to be frozen and the staff didn’t hesitate to hold it till my son could take it back to his dorm. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in Prescott do not hesitate to stay here it is by far one of my favorite places to stay.”

“The bed had a blood stain on it. So I ripped the sheet off so I wasn’t sleeping on someone’s blood stain and when I did that under the bed sheet had random peoples hair and a yellow stain. I was so grossed out. ”

“On here Expedia I have sent serval messages to the property asking and according to the hotel they never received a single message. Nor did any of my questions get answered. According to the hotel, they also stated that the pool and Jacuzzi was out of service and they claimed they told you to post it. It is not posted anywhere and the annoying messages you sent me never stated they were out of service. You wasted my trip experience Expedia..”

“Breakfast was wonderful when Joan worked it but not so much when she was on her days off. Our first room the smoke alarm started at 2:30 am and went on and off. Front desk said it was low battery and not to worry so we got no sleep that night. The next day the wonderful staff, Ashley, noted our issue and gave us a new room. We stayed for 14 nights total and our room was never cleaned. On like day 12 we were asked if it needed to be cleaned we declined at that point. We empty our own trash...

“The property is very worn. Rooms are beat up, furniture is extremely used, beds are mushy, bathrooms need maintenance, shower heads clogged, lights dim, carpet is very used. Some of the staff is nice, others not so much. Pool & jacuzzi are okay. Jets on jacuzzi not good but okay. Again an area that needs maintenance, pads on chairs torn and need to be replaced. Coffee shop (owned separately) is awesome! Drinks & staff at the coffee shop are great; note not open on Mondays, but off-site shop at...

“overall, it was a very adequate hotel. The breakfast had lots of options and the person working there was very experienced at keeping things filled and clean. Front Desk staff was very helpful and kind. Don’t plan on getting in the hot tub if there are more than four of you or someone else is in the hot tub. It is very small. Our room was very loud because of the adjoining door to the next room. We could hear everything they were talking about. Not enough front of the property parking.”
