The house is not exactly like the advertisement. It is located in a older neighborhood that needs some tlc. Despite the look of neighborhood, we had no problems safety while staying there. The owner did some renovation but needs more. There are barn doors on the rooms and bathroom limiting privacy. The master bedroom's mattress was soiled and upstairs loft is very hot, there is no central air/ heat. The stair going to the loft need repair and there are uneven floors.

We recently stayed at this charming home for nearly six weeks. It is very nicely decorated and has many amenities. Large size capacity washer and dryer were great. The host was extremely communicative. If you wish to visit both Houston and Galveston, this is the perfect "in the middle" place to stay. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

My stay was very relaxing and nice ,and Mr.Jason was Nice and responds quickly if you have any questions or concerns. We Loved it ,The house was nice, big back yard, and the Restaurants and stores are not far.

Great family stay

We stay at the Cheerful home for the weekend. It was roomy and had everything we needed for our weekend. Jason was great in answering questions in a quick time frame. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting the area with family.

Family Time

We were in Dickinson to visit family. This home was the perfect location to visit with my step son and his family while providing our own personal space. The home was the perfect size, quaint, clean and close to everything. Jason was a pleasure to work with and quickly responded to any questions I had. Will definitely be staying here again for our next visit.

Lots of Sunlight!

Great 2 week stay at Jason’s place. I’m a digital nomad and wifi is fast, supported all work functions. Fantastic sunlight coming in lots of windows, updated design and furnishings. Nice area to walk during breaks. Jason is quick to respond if needed. Would stay here again

Grandson High School Graduation

Jason was very easy to communicate with, and the property was just as described. Very comfortable home and great fenced yard if you have dogs. We will stay again. Close to the Space Center, Kemah and about 30 minutes to Galveston Island.

Clean and spacious

This property was accurately listed. It was very clean. Minimally stocked but had everything needed to cook. We loved the big island in the kitchen. Easy to access the property and great communication with the manager/owner. We would stay here again if we needed a location in this area.
