“A calm but rather big hotel 6 km out of Norwich. Very helpful staff but with an accent you just can't understand as a foreigner. But no problem with that. Everything is at place and no need to have long conversations. :-) Nice full breakfast included and I had a beer and a goat cheese tartelette in the evening which tasted rather nice.”

“We had a big party staying here for a family wedding nearby. I don’t usually do these reviews but the Elveden was just outstanding. The place is lovely with nice rooms and a great lounge, bar and restaurant, but it was the staff who made this special. Friendly, competent and endlessly helpful dealing with our group, including arranging two large dinners at short notice. Strongly recommended!”

“Our stay here was fine for the 2 nights we were there. We did have an issue with food on the first night as we arrived on a Sunday late afternoon and the pub next door was shut . We couldn't arrange anything else in the area as Taxi's were impossible to get hold of. We survived... and the 2nd night we ate at the pub and that was great.”

“Last minute night away , lovely welcome from owner showed us where we could park ,how to get to our room and chatted to us for bit,lovely man. Was about 7:30 pm when arrived so we popped are bags in room and then went local town for food , later after back we went to swimming pool for hour was absolutely lovely sooo warm and inviting spent over hour in there had to ourselves ,back in room we got into comfy beds and watched tv before sleeping , In morning got up early went to sweet little diy...
