"We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a side seaview and two small balconies. The apartments are minutes from a lovely beach with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and a small grocery store around the corner. The kitchen had everything we needed but no kettle ( we used a pan) or tea towels or dishcloth. The apartments have a carpark a short walk away for €6 per day but we managed to park on the nearby streets for free during our stay. We had no problems with night time noise and slept...

"Thin walls, people partying in the halls all hours of the night, dog barking all hours of the night in the hallway, lobby, apartment next door. Coffee machine in lobby not working. "La casa è molto comoda con ampi spazi, dovrebbe essere solo manutenuta un po’ meglio e essere fornita di qualche accessorio in più , perché è davvero una casa carina in una posizione strategica, a 5 minuti dal mare, vicinissima alla zona pedonale ma appena fuori dal rumore del centro. "We had a week-long family gathering for Mom's 92nd birthday - with 4 generations present. Clean and spacious, the villa accommodated all of us comfortably. The warm September weather allowed us to enjoy the pool, as well as the sauna. While a bit far from Rimini center, proximity to a couple nearby villages provided many local restaurant choices. And finally, Luca was quick and very attentive to our needs and questions."
