“We booked side sea view but the room that we got was totally different from the room that you see here in hotels.com. Here you see that you have a good view of the sea even from your bed but the room that we got you could only see the sea from the balcony. I told to the reception but the fid not care. I contacted hotels.com they did not care neither. After wasting half day to chat with customer service I got 15% of the total fee which was nothing. This happened to me last year too and hotels.com...

aufgrund einem persönlichen Fehler bei der Buchung wurde bei der Anpassung der Anzahl der Reisenden ein Pauschalpreis für eine weitere Person berechnet.
Meine Erwartungshaltung wäre hier den Differenzbetrag in Rechnung zu stellen.
Die Prozedur (Kontaktaufnahme, Rückmeldung, ...) war mangelhaft.”
“Villa was beautiful, private and well designed.
My only criticism would be the lack of kitchen utensils and cooking facilities ( no cutlery, plates etc) meaning you had no choice but to eat and drink at the hotel restaurants.
Breakfast was wonderful. Overpriced though, at 450 euros a night I’d expect at least option to make your own snacks.”
“Alles perfekt. Wenn man eine Auszeit möchte aber auch gerne Sachen unternimmt ohne viel Stress ist man hier perfekt. Sport Angebot ist auch sehr gut. Highlight war die Sarnic Spa. Das trennen von Erwachsenen Bereich und Familien Bereich funktioniert gut und man konnte abschalten aber wenn gewollt auch mit der Familie kommen.”
