“The hotel is newly renovated and had very comfortable beds. The breakfast was a la carte , very good, but you can't be in a hurry as it takes longer time than a buffet breakfast. We liked the central position in the little town. Stayed 4 nights. ”

“This is essentially a trailer/camping park with some motel-like rooms available for rent. It's an interesting experience if you're not used to the environment of places like this (most people staying here are families with kids camping in their trailers and there's a big playground for the kids). Do not expect a hotel or even a traditional motel. That being said, we had no problems whatsoever with the stay. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. “Excellent place to stay in Hokitika! The entire place was spotless and tastefully decorated. We would have loved to stay for more than a night but unfortunately were on a tight schedule. Communication with the host was easy and response to questions were quick. Location is central and close to some really good restaurants. We have never stayed at such a spotlessly clean place ever before and we have stayed at quite a few luxury properties. Would highly recommend this place. ”
