On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area flows naturally toward the garden, the terrace, and the veranda, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. A 20 square metre glass veranda opens directly onto the garden, adding a luminous and distinctive touch to the ground floor. The large, open kitchen is fully equipped and designed for everyday convenience. A separate WC is also located on this level. The first double bedroom on the ground floor features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower room.
