A few minutes' walk from the iconic beaches of Dinard and located in the Enogat district, this beautiful house of 180 m² can accommodate up to 10 people. Spacious, modern and perfectly equipped, it is the ideal place to share a holiday with family or friends on the Emerald Coast.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace of 45 m² furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for sharing your meals outdoors and enjoying beautiful sunny days. An outdoor shower with hot water is also at your disposal to rinse off when you return from the beach.



Inside, you will discover a vast, welcoming and bright living space from the entrance. The lounge, furnished with a comfortable sofa, several armchairs and a television, invites you to relax after a day of exploration. The adjoining dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 10 guests for warm meals. Just behind, the open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as at home.



On the sleeping side, the house has 6 bedrooms spread over two floors:

Each floor has its own bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer.

Three outdoor parking spaces are available on the property, along the house, as well as a charging point for electric vehicles (paid service and accessible via QR code).



To make your stay more comfortable, the accommodation also provides you with a washing machine, an iron, a high chair and a baby bath.
