âThe Old Ship Inn is the perfect place to stay during our trip to Dorchester and surrounding area. Itâs a gorgeous Inn tucked into a very special old pub. Our room was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We will be coming back here for sure. â
âReally luxurous beds!!! Although in the midst of nowhere, this place is worth a detour! Genuine traditional english PUB - as they used to be - combined with good food and a B&B. Lovely !!!â
âLovely small farm with horses, chickens and geese. Old farmhouse with vintage wooden doors and ceiling beams. Lots of adorable knick-knacks. The room was clean with tea and coffee making facilties. The beds could have been more comfortable. Modernised en-suite with shower. Clean and tidy.
Breakfast was lovely and the host made us feel comfortable, was attentative without being intrusive.
All in all a lovely stay. We recommend it if you like animals.â

âGot a family room (5people) with sea view which was freshly renovated clean and spacious. Newly furnished, new comfy mattresses large winfow facing the sea. Bathroom freshly renovated and modern with shower cubicle. The pictures in the listing were taken before renovation and doesn't do the justice. I was impressed with the room. Parking at the back of the property tight but available. Pool table, darts and evening entertainment in the basement. Pleasant stay just staff running around and hard...
âWe had an amazing and relaxing stay at Summer lodge. We also enjoyed the beautiful walk around the area. We loved the food and the staff service. The short bread are delicious and I would love to buy more to have at home.

âA fantastic location for any ardent golfer. The practice facilities, the hotel, clubhouse and course all contained within a compact area. The staff were outstanding and very accommodating.The rooms were spotless and quiet. Breakfast was spot on.All in all a top class stay.
