“Comfortable beds, great breakfast, affordable, friendly staff however the rooms still had hair on the bathroom floor and floor was dirty. If your a clean freak bring some Lysol wipes”

“The biggest turn off was the breakfast staff, my husband accidentally spilled some waffle batter mix and we were trying to wipe it up and she comes and makes the biggest deal over that. The room we stayed in gave eerie vibes and feelings , had horrible dreams all night. lol the desk ladies were nice, and it’s a very quiet and not busy place very peaceful.”

“The carpeting in the room was dirty and had not been vacuumed. The toilet was plugged up in the morning and we had not really used it. We told the staff when we went downstairs for breakfast and was told that they would unclog it after we checked out (checkout time was two hours away.) I told her that was not acceptable and she came up and plunged the toilet. As she was leaving she said she splashed on the toilet seat but don't worry she wiped it off. I told her that she should have lifted...

“The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)”

“While reading the comments prior to the stay someone had mentioned “it was like putting makeup on a pig” and that stuck with me. At first glance the rooms look clean and well kept, but then when you start looking closer you can tell it was a rushed and cheap renovation. The building itself is in need of major repairs, the pool lining was coming up from the bottom, the vent above the pool was about to fall down, their were water damaged tiles in the breakfast area, the pictures appear grand, but...

“Staff was amazing and rooms were clean. The view over the water was great but the balcony’s could have been kept up a little better. Also, the hotel in itself is very outdated (as in vending machines, no conditioner, rugs, balcony area).”
