First built in the 1890s as a potting shed against the walled garden of the main house, the Pottage is a treat throughout. Inside, you will find light filled interiors, with wooden floors and white walls in a restrained palette that enhances the exuberant furnishings and glorious botanical artwork by the owner. The kitchen is both tastefully stark and brimming with every modern convenience, with extensive seating and views over the grounds and courtyard garden. The sitting room is both cosy and elegant, with a substantial wood burning stove providing ample warmth, a substantial wall hung smart TV and a judicious selection of books and games.
