“My positive- Love the cleanliness and ample space of the Executive King Suite with sofa pull-out! Shower pressure was very good and my view was great! I also loved the fresh smell of the hotel that spilled out onto to street when you opened the doors at the main entrance. The very pleasant smell was throughout the hotel as if was coming right out of the vents. My negative- The hotel is located in doentown Philadelphia and there was a good amount of homeless individuals that were sleep...

“We booked this spot last-minute during an unexpected overnight layover in Philly and were so glad we did. The location in Old City was perfect—super walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday. “Friendly and helpful welcome on arrival. Room was excellent and spacious. Hotel is located pretty much next to City Hall making it a good location for visiting most of the city area and is also handy for the metro system too.”

“Friendly staff, clean facility. Central location ”

“The noise level from the AC unit is unaccepably, dangerously high. The facility is understaffed esp the restaurant. Service is always with a smile and very very good but staff is stressed to the breaking point and it makes me uncomfortable as a guest. ”
