“Extremely confusing to check in. This is a short term rental, so it does not have any reception area. No filtered water was provided and there was nowhere in walking distance to buy any water. No soaps in the condo. There was zero communication from the owner. If the cleaning lady didn’t help us out, not sure we would’ve found the place. There was zero communication from the owner ”

“This hotel is phenomenal, I believe it’s the nicest property in West Bay and is located in front of one of the best snorkeling places on the island. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. My only complaint is that despite the hotel’s air-conditioning working very well and keeping the hotel very cool, my room (430) had a strong, musty smell, as did the lobby of that floor and the hallway, so likely other rooms also suffer from this issue too. Hopefully the hotel will fix...

“I never do this. I don’t want to mess with people’s livelihood but I want people to know what they are getting with this place. Started with no one in the office to check in for 10 mins. The room we were in (a separate stand alone) had mildew all over, poorly done workmanship, terrible beds and pillows. The refer was wide open and unplugged.
