“Overall very good and nice premises but service from staff could be better. For some reason they were not very present as one could expect and not very helpful to answer or solve questions. It was more just a no/don't know even though it was questions like "when does the activity xxx start?" or "can i change money at the airport?". “It was the second time I stayed in this hotel. I keep the same impression as the first time. The staff is extremely nice and polite and eager to please you.
