âThe view from the property can only be described as AMAZING. The surrounding environment was so peaceful and tranquil. The daily evening performance by the staff made us feel so welcomed. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. However, I cannot say the same of the staff at the check in counter. It was a pity that they were not warm or friendly. â
âThe hospitality of the staff was beyond expectations and reproach. Their willingness to accommodate requests was at a level that I have never experienced at other hotels. I felt comfortable and at home. â

âAwesome place to stay! Staff is friendly and in a great location - walkable to the craft bazaar, Clock Tower Plaza, Textile Museum, bars and restaurants. Some things are showing signs of wear and tear, but not a deal breaker. No A/C, but thereâs a ceiling fan that does the trick.â
âThe hotel is centrally located. Rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The serve good quality coffee and has a trained barista.
The only downside is some of the rooms heating isnât working at all. â

Had some problems with the bill payment but the staff went the extra mile to help me through the process. The owner is a fantastic man. My go-to place for whenever I return to Thimphu for sure!â
