“The beach and pool facilities are excellent! The rooms are a bit old though and it is very loud, you can hear everything. Plus it was very cold inside the rooms and not possible to change the temperature (AC was broken).”

“Jag och min sambo bodde på hotellet en natt när vi var i Jordanien. Vi betalade 2600kr och förväntade oss därför hög standard på hotellet. När vi kom dit träffade vi en mycket trevlig man som jobbade där och han hjälpte oss att checka in, servicen överlag var mycket bra till en början och vi var nöjda med personalen men hotellrummet var under all kritik. Läget och själva rummet var bra men sängen var så mjuk att det inte gick att sova i den och kuddarna superhårda. Badrummet var inte rent och...

“The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! ”

“Overordbet havde vi et rart ophold og et sted vi godt kunne besøge igen. Til prisen var lokationen god. Poolområdet var godt og vi brugt både vores morgen og aftener der. Lille kørertur, det dødehav, cafeer og minimarket. Vi var nok uheldig med naboerne som havde en fest til langt ud på natten. Små forbedringer kunne gør det helt i top. -Bedre rengøring, særlig i køkkenet. - Myggenet på altendør var ikke monteret og derfor var der mange myg i soveværelset. ”

“They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! But overall the actual villa is beautiful and the hot spring...

“Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out.”
