âI was given a room with stained sheets and non working electricity outlets. It was offputting especially after arriving tired and ready to rest. But the staff did get change sheets on request at odd hours and arranged a change of room which is commendable â

âQuite nice hotel for the price we paid. Everything in room worked, room was comfortable. Breakfast... vegetarian Indian food and very limited selection of western food (we did not try).
Hotel is bait far away from the center but 3-wheel taxi drivers know some good shortcuts even usable during rush hour ... hence it does not take too much time to get into the center. taxi is a bit costly.â
âCheck in took 20 mins inspite of showing the booking details. The staff Paul was extremely slow paced in getting us checked in.Room was spacious and neat.Bedding was also good.Early morning around 5.45 AM sleep was disturbed due to furnitures being moved around. Breakfast was simple but delicious.â
âBathroom door wasn't working, neither was the tap. AC is too old to work fine, continuous sound throughout the night. There are no non-smoking rooms as per the receptionist.â
âWhile booking this hotel it says Complimentary Buffet will be provided but actually it's not. Overall okay and no proper customer support to report late checkin.â
