“The Hotel was presented well on the drive up to the carpark, well maintained and clean, The entrance to the reception area was lovely, Christmas trees and plants a very nice touch. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, a smooth check in. We got upgraded to a larger newly decorated room, which was spacious and clean, two negatives the bed was very hard for us , only our preference. The next was the room had a extraction system in it that ran all night which disrupt your sleep....

“We were a family of 4 staying for 7 nights. The hotel is in a perfect location on the waterfront.
We found the room to be a little small for a family but it worked. You can't open any windows which made it feel a bit claustrophobic but the AC helped.
The pool time restrictions for children were a bit harsh as this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.
I would go back for a weekend stay.”

“The room had a lot of spiders (dead and alive as welll, and spider webs everywhere. Could you see them more properly when the lights were on and you saw them going from the lamps to the ceiling and between the desk and the wall.
When they cleaned the room they left stains on the sheets.
Breakfast was mediocre, there was no fresh vegetables and the only vegetables they did have were fried mushrooms or baked tomatoes
