“Extended stay with family. 4 nights. Great location to visit parks and see various waterfalls around the Cookeville area. The room was humid and needed some air circulation when we got there. Shower had nice heat, but could use more pressure. No bath tub. Shampoo/conditioner low upon arrival. Breakfast was good 1 morning, exceptional 2 mornings, and fell completely short 1 morning. There were many places in the room to plug in my electronics. The TV offered more channels than I have ever seen in a hotel. I was able to park right in front of my room. When making my appointment, I asked a member of the staff if I could get a bottom floor room and he was very nice to provide me with one. I highly recommend this hotel to others...

“Overall, better than expected. Property/room condition wasn’t great, but just felt dated more than actually dirty. There was an odd aroma in the room when we got there. Not a terrible smell, more of a mustiness from the AC/Heat not being on for a while. The room was a non-smoking room, but the couch had an odor of cigarette smoke; I only noticed it when I laid out on it for a bit.
