"Disappointing Stay - The check-in experience was poor, and the room lacked easily accessible power outlets. While the light switches were designed to be fancy, they were not intuitive or conveniently placed. There was no lighting over the sink, and the toilet area had a hidden light that was difficult to locate. Same with AC switch. The room had an unpleasant odor, likely due to sewage issues from the toilet. Overall, the hotel felt old, with a persistent bad smell and traces of smoke. Dusit properties typically offer a high standard of facilities and comfort, but this particular location felt dated and impractical."

"Wonderful hotel with a stunning view from the 23rd-floor balcony overlooking Porto Arabia. If you enjoy walking, this hotel is in a fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to the port, which offers a wide range of cafés, restaurants, and exclusive shopping. The breathtaking Pearl Mosque is only a 10-minute walk away and definitely worth a visit. I haven't tried many of the hotel's facilities, but the in-room dining was fresh with quick service, and the overall service from the staff was exceptional."
