âGreat location towards the south gate area of Old Town Chiang Mai. Basic breakfast, consist of toast, bananas, cereals juice and milk. Great helpful staff for tours and excursions. Pool and elevator is basic. â

Located in a quiet area, but close to restaurants and in the old city. There is a self-service laundry 50mt from hotel. The staff was very courteous and provided great recommendations. â
âThis was such a nice stay! The AC was powerful and the instructions for the doors were clear. The staff were friendly and Varada helped me greatly with booking tours. Facilities were very clean and I didnât hear other people while in my private room.
The location wasnât the best, it was pretty far of a walk from markets and temples, but bolt solved that.

The rooms look modern and clean, and I really like the pillows (I'm quit picky when it comes to pillows), they were not too soft, as they sometimes are in hotels. New and clean hotel. Very quiet A/C. They almost made the hotel perfect. However, easy hear sound from other rooms. Evern phone on vibration can be heard. When next door neighbour use toilet its like its your toilet....
NB! Breakfast very simple. Rice porridge and some kind if pasta mix. Instant coffe and tea. Located near Big C so you wont starv. â
âThis is wonderful little hotel. A really great value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a super location as it is on the main road to the old city (Tha Phase) and only a couple blocks from the Night Bazaar and all that excitement.â
âThe staff is extremely kind, friendly and helpful. They truly made staying here memorable! The condition of the property was good, not great because the bathroom exhaust fan kept blowing out greyish black debris, the mounted indoor AC system would occasionally drip water-(perhaps condensation) on the floor and the hand towel rack was barely handing on.
The common areas were well kept and clean. Beautiful scenery out back.â
