Sole static caravan set in 2 acres of private grounds, within snowdonia national park. Close to the Mawdach Estuary, located on the A496 in Bontddu, between the beautiful Barmouth and Dolgellau towns. Sat within the grounds of a 500 year old sub medieval cottage. Easy access to local buses trains and taxis. Close to Cader Idris, Mac Loop, Porthmadog, Machynlleth, and Aberystwyth. Stunning location for relaxation, cycling, walking and exploring.

Static caravan with two bedrooms and sofa bed in the lounge area. Ideal for four people but can accommodate up to six with free WiFi, TV, Samsung sound system with sub woofer, shower room, kitchen and standard fridge / freezer, Microwave, air fryer and electric two ring hot plate. Space heating is via electric heaters. Private secluded decking area with 32amp 6 person hot tub with Bluetooth speakers, seating and sun loungers with cushions. Outdoor sauna for 3 people. There is parking next to the caravan, however the drive is very steep, it is therefore advised to use the parking area at the bottom of the drive. There is no mains water, gas or sewage, water is drawn from a natural spring, which is untested and untreated. It is not to be used for drinking.
Winter; please note the caravan is not winterized, single glazing and no central heating, during freezing conditions the water can freeze. Provided: Bath / hand / tea towels, bed linen, cooking utensils, cutlery, dish cloth/sponge, washing liquid, hand sanitizer, shampoo.
For two guests the double bed will be prepared, please message if the double and a single is required, similarly for more guests. There is one double. two single and one double sofa bed available. There may be other guests on site.

Guests have use of the static caravan, decking area containg modern six person hot tub with Bluetooth speakers, outdoor sauna and use of the gardens, bbq and seating thoughout, parking at the top and bottom of the drive and use of the gardens. There is machinery on site, these are not toys, access to them is not allowed.
please note, the drive is very steep, guests are strongly advised to park at the bottom of the drive, within the curtilage, on the hard standing.

The owner is usually on site night and day and contactable by mobile phone or knock the cottage door..

Every effort will be made to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There are bike washing facilities on site and plenty of space with picnic tables and stunning views. A washing machine and tumble dryers are available on site.
Please note, water is from a private supply (spring) its untested and untreated and is not drinking water.
Please shower before using the hot tub, any creams, make up, hair products will instantly create a film on the surface, scum along the water line and create foam when the air jets are on. similarly with clothing and towels, swim wear only and no towels in the hot tub.
There is a bbq and fire pit on site, fuel and lighters are not provided.
