The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need for a self-catering stay, along with a breakfast table for more casual dining. A bright conservatory offers an additional sitting area and, for mountain bikers, doubles as a secure bike store with plenty of space for bikes and charging facilities for electric bikes. A convenient downstairs WC completes the ground floor.



Outside, a small enclosed garden with decking provides a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink. Outdoor seating makes it easy to dine al fresco during the warmer months. A private rear parking space is available for one small car, with additional public parking nearby if required.



Upstairs, Chester House offers three beautifully presented bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The spacious king-size bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom features a comfortable double bed and the third is a welcoming twin room. The family bathroom is complete with a charming roll-top bath and separate shower.



Situated in the centre of Dolgellau's charming old town, Chester House is just a short stroll from a wonderful selection of independent cafés, traditional pubs, restaurants and local shops, all within around five minutes on foot. This historic market town is renowned for its welcoming atmosphere, attractive stone buildings and easy access to some of North Wales' most spectacular scenery.



Whether you're looking for outdoor adventure or a more relaxed getaway, you'll find plenty to enjoy nearby. The iconic Cader Idris mountain is on your doorstep, offering some of the region's finest hiking routes, while Coed y Brenin Forest Park is a must-visit for mountain biking enthusiasts. The beautiful Mawddach Estuary Trail provides scenic walking and cycling opportunities, and the sandy beaches of Fairbourne, Barmouth and the spectacular coastline of Cardigan Bay are all within easy reach.
