“I wasn’t clear on what I was buying for my stay. I was expecting a room with a sofa and washer and dryer. The advertising was not clear for me to have chosen this property. The renovation and hotel is beautiful and interior design was very nice. The pricing doesn’t justify the stay.”

The staff was kind and tried to do their best, and therefor I feel a bit sorry for them - because this hotel is in a terrible shape (a hole from a cigarett in the bedspread, a hair in the bed, tv but no remote control and several other things). The hotel is located right between the highway and the railroad...”

“The room was not like what was viewed online. The mirror was broken, the bed very uncomfortable and the door to the room was not safe.”

“Locks on doors wouldn't unlock or wouldn't lock. Staff was not helpful! I've stayed in hotels all over the southeast, and by far this was the worst experience I've ever had. I will never stay at this place again!”

“I normally wouldn’t write a review but this experience was as great as my last time’s. My family and I have to Margaritaville about 7 times in the past couple of years and this is the first timeI feel like the front desk was rude … If i hand you money or card in hand the respectful thing to do is hand it back in my hand and not throw on the counter this probably would be my last time staying for a while and the food was really nasty this time around”
