L'IØasis: Air-Conditioned Studio and Mobile Home on Private Grounds

Located between the sea and countryside on the outskirts of Dolus d'Oléron, near La Rémigeasse, L'IØasis offers you a studio and an air-conditioned mobile home on a private, enclosed, semi-shaded plot of about 200 m².



L'IØasis accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms.



The studio features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (TV, dishwasher, American fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, and Senseo coffee maker). A sofa bed with a Bultex mattress (140x190 cm) is also available. There’s a shower room (large shower, washing machine) and a separate toilet.



The mobile home has reversible air conditioning. It includes an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, 2 bedrooms (one with a 140x190 cm bed, the other with 2 single beds), a shower room, and a separate toilet.



Additional amenities: TV, fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, and kettle.



Outside, enjoy a large terrace with a summer kitchen, barbecue, plancha, garden furniture, and a garden with sun loungers and deck chairs.



Parking for 2 cars is available on the property. Events are not permitted.



Please note: Access to the mobile home is via steps and may be difficult for guests with reduced mobility. Air conditioning is only available in the mobile home. Wi-Fi is provided via a signal booster and may be unstable depending on reception. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. No cleaning fee applies, but please leave the accommodation clean to avoid additional charges.
