Comfortable room with nice view towards the lake. Good and quite variate breakfast. Nice spa (not included in our room category) with massage offers by experienced therapist. My mother appreciated the 50 min soft massage. Nice and friendly personnel who are ready to help with all you need. We appreciated that the hotel was ready to pay us back one last night in case we needed to leave earlier, but in the end it was not necessary. In summary, we strongly recommend this hotel. "

"We had a great stay at the hotel. The personnel were always friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room where we had a view of the lake and mountains which was amazing. One of our favourite feature was that their windows have blackout blinds, if you want a nap during the day or sleep in during the morning - it was perfect. It’s at a good location close to shops and restaurants. There is also a metro station pretty much around the corner that takes you down to the lake within minutes. I would come back to this hotel and I would also recommend it to others. "

"A very nice hotel, the pool area was nice and the room was spacey. The gym was also nice. There was a big supermarket just across the street and the bus into central Genève was very close by. There were some minor things not working in the room, but nothing major. We had a very good vacation here!"
