The house has a beautiful private saltwater swimming pool measuring 12x5.5m, surrounded by a hornbeam hedge and lawn, in the middle of private grounds of over 2 hectares. There is also a well-protected inner courtyard and an outdoor dining room, ideal for al fresco dining.



Le Brat, an old farmhouse full of character, has been converted into a designer home for your holidays, using fine old materials. The contemporary, personalised decoration adds to the charm of the house. The ground and ground floors feature magnificent stone paving. Exposed stonework, an old stone sink, period furniture and modern decorative paintings enrich the space. There are two dining tables, indoor and outdoor, for 8 people, as well as a sitting room with a superb fireplace and period prints.

A designer wooden staircase leads up to the light-filled bedrooms, which offer lovely views of the surrounding countryside.



First floor:

* First double bedroom (200x200) with designer bathroom (bath, WC, 2 washbasins).

* Second double bedroom (180x200) with modern shower room (shower, washbasin, WC).



Second floor:

* Third attic bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200) that can be made into a double bed, and a Moorish-inspired shower room.

* Fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200) that can be made into a double bed.



For your safety, the house is equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.



Pool is open from June 1st to September 27th and it is not heated.
