Private Pool villa with panoramic views split over 2 levels / Aircon / New Pool.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND RULES, PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BOOKING, THANK YOU.
• CARE TAKERS: the house is split on three levels, the first level is the passageway you drive through for parking (see the photo from the house listing titled 'guests-only parking space'), only the first few meters of that passageway (not visible in that photo) are occupied by the care takers’ accommodation which is completely independent from the rest of the house. The rest of the house is set on the two upper levels and these are for the exclusive use of the guests, with no interaction with the care takers . For details of the two upper levels please read the 'Guest access' section.
• COMMUNICATION & CHECK-IN: Graziella, the host, is an Italian speaker. Diego (English speaking son) will be the main point of contact for queries in English during your stay: quick to respond to via AirBnB texts or calls (not in person).
• NO HOUSE PARTIES: one of the main House Rules is that no house parties or events (e.g. Yoga classes by the pool) are allowed.
• NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED UNLESS AGREED WITH THE HOST IN ADVANCE: please note that any additional guest must be agreed with the host in advance at the time of booking.
• WASTE DISPOSAL: the waste produced by the guests during their stay has to be disposed of by the guests as per Waste Collection Calendar provided or brought directly to the nearby Waste Recycling Centre. If rubbish is left in the property on check out, the host will request a 100€ fee per week.
• NO NOISE AFTER 12AM: neighbours are likely to complain for loud noises.
• ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES: we trust our guests will keep the place in good conditions. Please do not hesitate to report any sort of damage/breakage when they occur. We only ask our guests to be so kind to let us know in advance (before Check Out) of any breakage or missing/misplaced items, e.g., bed/bath linen (we hire it). If you break ceramic items or pottery, e.g., vases or ceramic plates hanging on walls, please don't dispose of the pieces before you have informed us.
. MATTRESS COVERS: please do not remove the mattress covers as they have a plastic layer that prevent the mattress from any sort of liquid/stain/odour. The mattress are brand new and must be always kept in perfect hygienic conditions.
