"Positive: The hotel itself is good, it’s easy to communicate with the receptionist, there’s drinkable water by the reception, there’s kitchen but was too warm to be in, and the room I stayed at was big and cozy. It’s a bit far from the city center but very walkable. Negative: The entrance door isn’t easy to find because there isn’t a big sign on top of it. The sink in my room was a bit clogged and took a while to drain and the shower head was loose (I could have told the personnel but I was only staying for a couple of days). The location was a bit dodgy and I asked the receptionst about it and they said they’ve been out late before and nothing ever happened to them. Nonetheless, if I get to come back to Verona I’d definitely stay here again."

"Över förväntan för det priset. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rent fräscht rum med kylskåp/värdeskåp. Badrummet var rymligt med schampo, balsam, hudkräm. Bra aircondition! Frukosten hade allt vi behövde, både varmt/kallt/ olika kaffe och te sorter, bröd bakverk mm mm. Vi var 2 personer som bodde 4 nätter, våning 5 med utsikt över torget. Fanns många trevliga restauranger i direkt närhet. Kan rekommenderas!!!"

"Bra frukost, men inte lika stort utbud som de större och nyare Radisson Blu. Bra med a la carte meny under frukosten som man kan beställa bland annat Egg Benedict ifrån."

"Väldigt fint och trevligt hotell. Vi hade tre nätter i juli och vi gillade det mycket. Frukost och rum och allt annat är bra. Inte betyg 5 men väl en 4:a på allt. Rummen är stora och fina. Lite, lite slitna utan att vara dåliga."

"Really enjoyed my staff. The staff was very friendly! I don't know what other reviews mean when they say they smell something. Very clean and didn't have any smell. The lobby and the adjecent restaurant is very modern. The rooms arent as modern, but it not even worth mentioning, so I don't know why other reviews mentions this either. My room was very clean and good quality . Loved the sheets and bed. Very high quality sheets. The balcony could have used a cleaning tho. I think there is dirt that falls down from the roof. Would stay there again."

"Trevligt bemötande och hjälpsam personal, speciellt vid incheckning med information om Wien och dess sevärdheter. Sådär städat i rummet men annars ett fräscht rum med fin möblering och kaffemaskin, bra ac i rummet och bra badrum med tjocka frotté handdukar, tyst rum, inga grannar hördes. Åt ej frukost eller utnyttjade gymmet. Mycket nära stadens gamla del med alla fantastiska monument."
