“The aircondition did not work in the first room. Then changed and it barely worked there either. Or the set temperature was 25-27 rather than 22 degrees. Temperature setting was at max -3 in each room.”

“The hotel is quite good, but a few things to know!! 1.) you can only access the floor your room is on, if you have a friend or colleague in a room on another floor, the only way is to meet up at the bottom floor and go to the room together. Don’t try the fire escape, it is one way and you then have to walk to the ground floor. 2.) Different ”levels” of rooms have breakfast at different floors - a delux room can not have breakfast with a superior by paying the different in price - either pay...

“First, the photos on Expedia are misleading and do not accurately reflect the real state of the hotel. On top of that, the service was terrible. The staff made us feel completely unvalued requests were met with indifference, to the point where I had to tell the front desk to stop wasting my time if they didn't intend to help. The location is okay, but at this price point, you can find far better options in Vienna with proper hospitality.”
