“This is an historic sprawling building situated on the river front. The front desk reception was very friendly and enthusiastic. She gave us a room on the second floor with balcony overlooking the river. Room was basic but comfortable. Internet was fine. Shower was good. Facilities in the room were relatively new, perhaps a few years at most. Bed and linen were comfortable. There is a minibar and fridge in the room. Breakfast consisted of a menu. “The hotel is very clean, 5-star style clean. I travel a lot, and I normally stay in 3-star hotels, and this hotel was by far one of the cleanest hotels, even when compared with the Hyatt. We stayed in the deluxe balcony room, with was super big. Lots of room. Bathroom had a proper shower enclosure, not like your typical asian hotel where the shower is a hand faucet next to the toilet.”

“Cleanliness & friendly staff”

“We had a fantastic night at the Coco Farmstay. The owners were welcoming and helpful, cooked us a delicious (and enormous!) meal, and we were able to hire bikes the next morning to explore the coconut plantations and waterways of the surrounding area. It's in a beautiful location - about a 10 minute taxi from Ben Tre, but well worth the few £'s it costs to get there. A really tranquil and peaceful spot, unlike anything else you'll find in the Delta. The only downside was the storm overnight...

“Wooden cabins set amongst a beautiful tropical garden. Friendly, helpful staff and great homemade food. Lovely to walk around the local villages (free bikes are available) and into the pleasant town. Definitely come here if you want a rest from Ho Chi Minh ! ”

“Hade en jättebra vistelse på Mango Home Riverside! 2 nätter, familj med barn på 13 o 16 år. Bra läge vid Mekongfloden. Jättetrevlig personal, toppen pool o mysig trädgård. Åkte på en tour arrangerat av boendet. Mycket uppskattat o lärorikt. Kan varmt rekommendera detta ställe. ”

“Friendly staff”

“The property was beautifully landscaped, the service was impeccable and the cooking class was fantastic. The bahn xeo was the best I have had in Vietnam so far, and we are 2 weeks after our stay. The rest of the food was amazing! Vinh is a great host and you are in a jungle village in the middle of nowhere on the Mekong Delta. An amazing experience. As a side note, the room is basic and there is no air conditioning, but the night does cool off and there are multiple fans in the room.”
