Ron and Tamara are gracious hosts, very responsive and accommodating. It was obvious day one that they place a high value on their guests having an enjoyable stay. I received a call in advance that they would be performing a walk through a few hours prior to our stay just to make sure everything was in place and ready for my large crew!, Things were perfect...

This place was absolutely stunning! There were more than enough activities, quaint towns within short distances, and great nature access. We will definitely book the next time we visit the area. Highly recommend for large families. Hosts were very responsive!

Family get together for high school graduation

Thoroughly enjoyed the property. Cabin is exactly as pictured and the host was absolutely wonderful. Worked out perfect for my out of town family and us to all be able to enjoy time together in one location. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Fun Winter Getaway

The Mega Lodge was a great place to stay for our group of friends. The layout was great and the location was perfect for us. Ron was super helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Weekend Getaway

Fantastic property for multiple families in an accessible location to Tamarack, Donnelly, and McCall. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the cleanliness and beauty of this cabin. We have already booked to come back!

We had our annual company meeting and it was absolutely amazing. Beautiful cabin amazing log construction so much detail. The taxidermy was wonderful amazing views. We had a great time.

Property is awesome perfect for a big group. Cabin is amazing seeing the history of how it was built was so cool. Perfect parking for multiple snowmobile trailers being able to ride in & out was a big bonus. Loved the place & we’ll be back!

A family getaway for Thanksgiving and Husband’s 50th Birthday!

It was really easy to find this cabin on this website. They had lots of pictures and information on the website. They were very accommodating !The cabin had everything you needed for cooking and bedding :

Great family reunion location

Beautiful, unique property with resort log cabin theme. Handled our 21 guests easily. Convenient to McCall and Tamarack. A short walk down a jeep track for swimming and stand up paddle boarding. Adventure rentals located within 1/2 mile. We watched Donnelly’s 4th of July fireworks from the balcony. Plenty of cooking space and two good sized refrigerators. Owner was very easy to contact with questions.

Family vacation

Better in person then pictures , tons of trailer parking had 5 trucks and trailers with room to spare. Can ride from cabin, had plenty of room for 20 people+ Ron is very accommodating and quick responding with any questions

Fabulous place

There were 19 of us. It was a family vacation. This place was so nice and so much fun. All of the craftsmanship in the lodge was amazing. And there was space for everyone. Our grandkids loved the game room. We also did crafts in there. We enjoyed the beautiful view. We loved the beach and the fire pit. Everything was perfect.

Annual VISA (Vashon Island Ski Assoc) ski trip

Each year we organize an annual guy's ski trip. This is our 27th year, and after a two-year hiatus for Covid, we picked Brundage and Tamarack. 12 of us attended. We are all over 65. I found Ron's magnificent mountain cabin on VRBO and it didn't disappoint. Incredibly clean and roomy for such a large group. And minutes away from the ski area. As you might imagine, after all these years, this is a pretty picky group, and several guys indicated that the trip was one of the best ever thanks, in large part, to the accommodations. Thank you, Ron, for being such a gracious and helpful host. You were so responsive to my questions and made us feel so welcome. Hope to return again soon!

Great Stay, Flexible and Communicative Host

The place was perfect to rent out for a weekend retreat filled with a bunch of dancers that wanted to use the garage space to dance! The location and house itself was awesome! Note there’s no central AC, and the house is cooled down by opening windows at night and fans in the house. Overall opening up the windows at night and leaving doors closed during the day does cool the house down. So overall the temperature felt nice, but if you’re dancing in the garage like we did - bringing some fans would be recommended. Also note that a major plus was that the host was very flexible to my groups needs, and communicative when I had questions or if I needed to shift the time if check-In or check-out. The host’s flexibility and easy going nature made this weekend stay go so smoothly - which I highly appreciated! I would definitely stay again!
