  • En vacker traditionell irländsk stuga och trädgård. Ursprungligen familjens hem för de nuvarande ägarnas morföräldrar. Stugan visas i mars 2015-utgåvan av "Vacation Rental Travels" - en amerikansk digital tidning "Home and Travel". Limerick City 26 km, Shannon Airport 53 km. Denna vackra välutrustade stuga har nyligen renoverats med stor omsorg och uppmärksamhet på varje detalj och erbjuder en utmärkt standard för självhushåll. Beläget i utkanten av byn Doon i County Limerick. Ger bekvämligheterna i ett modernt boende med charm och karaktär i en lantstuga. Det är perfekt för en romantisk paus, en familjesemester eller helt enkelt bara som en avkopplande bas för turneringar. Perfekt året runt reträtt. Riklig parkering vid sidan och baksidan av stugan. Badrum nere med dusch över. Värme är extra - debiteras på en meter. Cooga Cottage erbjuder gratis Wi-Fi. Sängkläder, handdukar och toalettartiklar levereras gratis. Spjälsäng, barnstol, babyfiltar och babybad gratis tillgängliga - ber om när du bokar.

    Från Shannon Airport följ skyltarna mot Limerick. Från Limerick City följ skyltarna till N 24 (Tipperary / Waterford road). Kör längs N 24 i ca. 13 km och sväng vänster till R 505 - skyltade Cappamore / Doon - efter ca. 2 km ta första höger - skyltade Cappamore / Doon - denna smala slingriga väg tar dig till Cappamore - gå genom byn till slutet av Main Street och sväng höger vid Maddens Pub 'The Bridge Inn' - skyltad Doon / Cappawhite. Det här är din väg till Doon som är mindre än 10 minuters bilresa - när du närmar dig Doon se upp för kyrkans spire till vänster - är den gamla stenkyrkan på en sidoväg utanför vägen du reser. Cooga Cottage ligger intill kyrkan.

    Från Dublin & Cork Airports följer skyltarna till Limerick och följ sedan skyltarna till N24 och R505 till Doon.

    Cooga Cottage är vackert inredda och möblerade och kommer bekvämt att sova 6 mellan 3 sovrum - 2 sovrum på övervåningen - 1 dubbelsäng (1 dubbelsäng) & 1 tvilling (2 enkelsängar) - 1 sovrum på nedervåningen med 1 dubbelsäng. Hårtorkar i varje sovrum. Bottenvåningen har ett badrum med dusch över.

This cottage was perfect! Tom is a wonderful host. The cottage could not have been nicer and the photos do not do it justice. The cottage is on a quiet country road walking distance to town and has a beautiful garden area for relaxing after a long day of sight-seeing. This cottage came with a washer AND a dryer which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Tom for all the extras you do to make our visit one we will always treasure.

Lovely cottage

We had a great 10 days staying at Cooga cottage. A great base to explore west and south central Ireland. The cottage exceeded our expections and was a lovely base to come back to afet a day of exploring. Tom was a great host. Would come back again. Peter. Australia

Fairytale cottage in Doon

Our stay exceeded all expectations. Tom, the owner could not of been any nicer or helpful. The cottage was well stocked. Food markets in Tipperary were close and convenient. The cottage and garden are stunning. We highly recommend staying in the cottage if you are looking for a fairytale. When we first arrived the cottage was hard to find at night, but a quick call and Tom was out with a flashlight to guide us in. What a great host.

Beautiful Doon!!

Tom is really the definition of a “Super Host”! His ancestral cottage is just beautiful! Totally loaded with any equipment you may need, and it sits on a large land with gorgeous flowers. It is quiet, in a rural setting nearby a church making it easy to find. It was perfect for me to access main roads for all my day trips… I will be back again in this lovely area and Tom’s cottage will be again my home away from home! Go raibh maith agat! Marie, USA

Tom keeps the place super clean, very helpful washer and drier.. Some good places to eat out at. Morrison's off A24 and the Golden Flake, good wifi

Highly Recommemded

We had a wonderful time at Cooga Cottage. Tom is the ultimate host. The Cottage is the best provisioned vacation rental we have ever stayed in. It is well kept and quaintly furnished. A true Irish feel to it. Tom is personable and super friendly yet maintains a professional relationship at all times. We highly recommend Cooga Cottage!!

Cozy cottage we fell in love with

Tom was the perfect landlord. A warm welcome, he explained us everything we needed. A beautiful cozy cottage in a small village, calm and peaceful. We really enjoyed it and it was the perfect start for all our tours to Killarney, Cork, limerick, Cliffs of Moher, Galway and so on. Bigger supermarkets are ca. 20min away, small express markets are close so a car is always needed. The cottage has the perfect size for a family with 2 children ( not too young because of high angled stairs). Thanks Tom for our first beautiful days in Ireland. We hope to come back one day.

Excellent host and facilities

Tom was very organised & helpful. Had a wonderful stay. Cottage is beautiful and really enjoyed our stay. Very well equipped and stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits and toiletries. Great to have dishwasher and tablets were waiting for us. A home away from home. Thanks for a lovely break.

Könnte unser zweites Zuhause werden

Das Cottage ist noch schöner als auf den Abbildungen, komplett ausgestattet und äußerst gemütlich und familiär eingerichtet. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Tom ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er perfektioniert jeden Aufenhalt in allen Bereichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Very nice cottage! We had a very nice stay!!

We stayed in the cottage for a week and had a lovely time there! The cottage is really beautifull and made our holiday perfect! The owner is very kind and the customer service is really good. Everything you need is there, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, everything! A nice, central location. You can be anywhere within a few hours. We drove around a lot and saw a lot of the beautiful ireland! We would absolutely recommend this cottage to friends and family!

Fabulous

It's a lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. The garden is amazing. It's very well equipped and Tom is such a helpful gentleman. We really enjoyed our stay and Tom laid on some of the finest weather we have ever had anywhere on holiday. It's really central to lots of places so we enjoyed days out in Waterford and Limerick, Bunratty and had an overnighter to Galway and Clare, particularly Doolin and The Cliffs of Moher. If you get chance visit Coole Park at Gort. Had the weather been less good we might have done more but sitting in the sun, in the garden, was good enough. Thanks, Tom.

Beautiful Cozy Cottage!

Tom made us feel incredibly welcome on our first trip to Ireland. His cottage is absolutely adorable and was in the perfect location for family of 5 on our 9 day stay with frequent road trips to and from various locations in Ireland. The cottage has all the amenities and Tom even provide a very nice welcome package of cookies and milk for the family! All of our needs were met staying here to include comfortable beds, plenty of linens, fully stocked house and kitchen appliances with plenty of tea and sugar. The property is well kept and a beautiful view in the mornings from the kitchen window. I would definitely recommend a stay at Cooga Cottage for anyone looking to book with Tom, he and his cottage made our trip most memorable!

What a great classic Irish experience! Highly recommend a stay here at Cooga Cottage!

Tom was a gracious host! He was attentive, polite and genuine in his interactions with us! This was our first trip to Ireland and Tom made us feel welcome and part of his family. The cottage is adorable and quaint with all the simple amenities that help to make our experience wonderful! We recommend renting from Tom and give highest marks on his welcoming demeanor and overall hospitality...Slainte!

Een heel fijn huis

Een heel fijn huis op een hele mooie plek. De eigenaar heeft overal voor gezorgd zodat reizen met het vliegtuig geen probleem is. De omgeving is mooi en rustig. Grotere plaatsen zijn goed te bereiken.

Idyllic Irish Vacation stay

Charming cottage nestled in the Irish countryside - far exceeded our expectations. Grounds are absolutely beautiful and the cottage very well maintained. Tom is a fantastic host - ensuring that our stay was both welcoming and comfortable. Too many bonus amenities provided to name but will say arriving after 36 hours of travelling to find ready to use ice cubes in the freezer was a true blessing. Definitely would recommend Cooga Cottage to any friends or family considering travel to Ireland. Thanks again Tom for your part in making our trip to Ireland a memorable one!!

Peaceful week

We (three adults, a teen, and a child) stayed in the cottage as our home base as we explored Ireland by rental car each day. We took trips to Limerick, Cashel, Gallway, and more. Every evening, we were excited to get back "home" and relax. I would recommend building in a few days of downtime at the cottage, as you will enjoy playing or reading in the garden to take a break from touring. The owner was helpful and friendly and supplied everything we needed (aside from food) to make our meals. Would definitely return.
