Plenty of room to park your toys and boat for the day at the lake! Full kitchen, laundry room, everything you need! Relax on the back porch over looking the Row River. The house was sparkling clean and it’s in a beautiful area. We stayed two nights in mid October and the leaves were changing color so it was a great time to visit. The house is very comfortable and the outdoor area is really nice on a sunny day. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

Cute house that was nicely updated and comfortable. Dog friendly, which is always appreciated. Had just about everything you need except for kitchen dish towels (we just used the hand towels from the bathroom) and a dining room table. There is a small fold up table with one chair, and a table outside on the lawn that can be used when the weather is nice, otherwise you have to eat on the couch. The Row River Trail (a walking/ biking path) was right across the street which allows you to walk safely next to the road. The road is fairly busy and cars go very fast, so keep those dogs on a leash. Justin doesn’t give you check in details (door code, Wi-Fi) until the morning of your stay, just FYI for those of you (like me!) that gets anxious when the information is not given sooner. I contacted him the day before and he sent it to me immediately, so all good there. No cell service, but the WiFi in the house was fast. I would stay again.

Immaculately clean, peaceful, and cozy! Although phone service was a bit spotty, the WiFi was fast and reliable, so I was able to work and stay connected with no issues. This little house in a quiet neighborhood, with a river running behind it, made for a truly relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and tranquility.

Cute Updated House in Rural setting

The house is very clean and updated. The location is rural (no cell recepiton so I'd recommend you download the instructions on getting inside and the maps before you go). It is on the river but no access although we enjoyed the peaceful back deck. It would have been nice to have more than 2 chairs on the back deck. The owner was very responsive and has a nice welcome book with ideas of things to do and we would recommend this place if you stay in this area.

Great place

Very clean! Summer time would be better so we could sit outside and enjoy the sound of the river that's right outside the back door. There was some garbage behind the shed that didn't look good but with the weather being cold we didn't spend time outside except to walk and let our dog go potty. Other than that, it was cozy and a nice stay!

Very Cute and Very Clean

Confirtable 2-bedroom cabin near Dorena. Overlooking Row River. Back deck and back yard to have morning coffee or evening campfire. Cabin is fully equipped for extended stay...nice kitchen and laundry room. Large smart TV in the livingroom. Free internet, but we had no phone service. Sweet "deer"decor.

Cozy stay in a beautiful location - perfect for U of O track meets

Our family of four stayed here for a couple of days as Eugene was pretty packed due to a big track meet. This place was perfect. It was a quick 40 minute drive to Eugene for the meet and offered us a little space and privacy to spread out when compared to a 2 queen bed hotel room. Also, there is a running/biking trail right across the street, which made it perfect for our boys to get their miles in while staying safe. The home is very clean. It's a bit remote, so I would definitely consider having whatsapp available. The communication with the owners was top notch and they were highly responsive. Sadly, for us, we didn't get to spend a lot of time by the river, but it's a beautiful location.

It was a nice place to stay but was bare bones as far as meal prep concerned. Take your own plastic wrap or bags, salt, pepper, coffee. Only one roll of TP which was fine for 2 days but wouldn't last. No board games or books. Wifi not working most of the time we were there.

Hem cabin along Row river.

Rented this cabin for it's great location for elk bow hunting and fly fishing. The cabin is pristine with more than sufficient amenities. The price for 8 days was ridiculously reasonable. Five stars.

Nice, clean cottage

I enjoyed my stay here. The cottage was very clean and the location was good for the cycling that I wanted to do. The Row River Trail runs right near by. There were lots of nice features- a full kitchen, laundry room, good wifi and smart TV. There are no services in Dorena- It is about a fifteen minute drive to the nearest grocery store or restaurants.

Great Little Cottage on the River

Very clean and quaint cottage. Well furnished and a great quiet location, especially on the 4th of July. Ductless a/c worked great during some very warm weather. We will return in the future.

Great stay

This was a great place to stay. We were in the area for a University of Oregon graduation and we’re able to avoid the traffic and congestion in town. It’s remote but we liked the drive through the woods and the peaceful creekside setting. The home is nicely updated inside. It’s small but worked well for us.

Great location near Dorena Lake!!

Awesome 2-bedroom cottage, everything in the place seemed brand new, well-kept and very clean. We stayed during a hot part of the season, I must say, the A/C was amazing :) My wife and I enjoyed starting our morning's, sitting on the back porch, drinking our coffee, while listening to the sound of the running river. The property provided plenty of room for us to park our truck & boat. As well as plenty of space for our Shepard to run and enjoy herself. We would highly recommend this to families and couples alike, looking to stay in the area. We would like to personally thank the Lee family for the opportunity to stay at your cottage ...We will be back again, soon!! :)

Great location for the Outdoor enthusiast!

This home is located in a great location, basically the half way point to town and into the wilderness! Close to lakes, waterfalls, campgrounds, rivers and Umpquah forest hiking trails. House was clean, comfortable and cool on a hot day. The owner was easy to work with and answered all questions promptly and kindly. I would recommend to anyone traveling in the area.
