The owner offers a garage for parking motorbikes free of charge. Fishing enthusiasts can obtain permits for suitable waters. There is a freezer in the apartment for storing your catch, as well as a smoking oven. An information folder in the apartment provides additional information for an enjoyable stay.

You can do shopping, visit a café or restaurant in Neßmersiel. You can also go on hikes and cycle tours. It is about two kilometres to the beach and the sea.
