Just returned from one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I couldn't recommend isolina Hotel in Bodrum enough! From start to finish, everything was spot-on - and a huge shoutout to Farhad (the manager) who truly went above and beyond for us.
Farhad made our trip incredibly special - he personally upgraded our room for pennies to sea view, was always on hand whenever we needed anything, and helped us save so much money by sourcing us...

âGuelluek is a wonderful small Aegean town, very picturesque, the hotel has the BEST location in the town center, quiet in front of the sea and all restaurants are only a few walking minutes away! We will definitely be back. A special "Thank you" to Furkan, who was very helpful with our luggage and always around to help and assist. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly too! This hotel is your best choice! â

âWe stayed in this property for a week. The hotel is in a walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops. Very safe and quite. We really enjoyed breakfasts and tea all over the day. Common area is very nicely decorated, and full of flowers. Check in and out was easy. Friendly staff. Small ref is in the room. The only thing to keep in mind is an extremely tiny bathroom combined with toilette. I would also add 2 chairs to the room, there is a table but no chairs. Overall, we liked our stay!...
âDas Hotel ist neu und daher alles im sehr guten Zustand, die Zimmer waren groĂzĂŒgig und sehr ruhig, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Hotelanlage war sehr gepflegt und man hat immer Mitarbeiter gesehen, die die Pflanzen gegossen haben.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das leckere FrĂŒhstĂŒck, wir waren begeistert! Es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt und wir haben gerne dort in Ruhe gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt.
Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

"We had a cockroach in the one morning we woke up. Brought it up with both reception and customer relations. The receptionist said she would send someone to clean and sanitise the room. It was done but no further dialog, change of room or any compensation took place despite of another approach from our side to customer relations. He seemed to âcareâ more than the receptionist and took notes but the hotel did not take any further actions. With kids in the room, this has clearly affected the whole experience very negatively where we noticed a huge lack of service mind in the staff and hotel management. A luxury hotel on the paper with great potential, but a very bad experience.."
