“The hotel is obviously a low cost hotel, but it is in dire need of updating. Hallway carpets were pretty gross looking and the room didn’t even have a closet (it had a door for a closet, but only a pipe inside the door with nothing to hang clothes on). Lights would flicker and come on slowly when you’d turn the switch on. The AC worked but not very well. But it’s quiet and cheap, sufficed for a quick overnight stay for a wedding.”

“Reported the Ceiling fire alarm was flashing way to bright at night when it dark at with curtains drawn. So could not sleep. The fix I discovered was to open the Window Curtains so that the Car Park lights reduced the flashing of the Ceiling light Fire alarm to an acceptable faint flashing light so that I could get to sleep. I reported the issue to the heavy set older lady with silver or gold or stainless steel glasses (poss the Asst Manager?)at the front desk that morning after 10 AM and she...

“We had a good experience staying for 2 days during kids soccer tournament at MA. Kids were little disappointed as the pool was closed for renovation.”

“At check in I was told there was an additional $150 service fee that I would be charged and get back in 5 to 7 days after check in. This is ridiculous. I walked out as well as three others that were checking in.”

I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic.”

“The bathroom inside handel was missing just a wood hole was there. For people who are allergic like myself t pets the ordering process should make sure someone allergic to pets does ot get put on a Pet friendlly floor or a room used with pets. I had to take medication cause I was itchy from animal hair or something and there are more people who have worse reactions than I do.”
