This stylish mid-century modern home offers the perfect retreat for up to 6 guests. Located on the Saugatuck/Douglas border, the home features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen and and an open living area. The outdoor area is a true highlight with a spacious three-season porch, a gas fire pit and a private hot tub. Just steps from the historic Root Beer Barrel and minutes from Oval Beach, it’s the perfect location for your Saugatuck/Douglas getaway!

This beautifully designed, single-story home offers modern comfort and style. Thoughtfully furnished and with abundant amenities, it’s perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or exploring the charming lakeshore area.

Once you step inside, the open floor plan features a welcoming front living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a back living area with a comfortable sofabed for extra guests. The first bedroom has a king bed and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, shared with the rest of the house. The second bedroom also has a king bed and offers additional privacy with an en-suite bathroom, making it a great option for couples or those seeking a peaceful retreat.

Step through the back living area to discover the expansive back porch, perfect for al fresco dining or lounging in nature. Beyond the porch, you’ll find a grill for cookouts, a private hot tub for evening soaks, and a cozy gas fire pit for late-night chats under the stars.

Guests will love the convenience of parking in the garage and exploring the local area with two provided bicycles. Whether you’re planning to bike along scenic trails, relax at the beach, or unwind in the hot tub, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay.
