Cosy, purpose built country holiday barn. All new fittings, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and hob. In addition, you have use of the hot tub by arrangement with the owners, which is in a secluded part of the garden of the main barn in the courtyard.

Beautiful little self-contained hide away that has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Main living area has a well equipped kitchen, comfy sofa, pop up dining table, Wi-Fi and TV.

The shower room is spacious with modern cubicle and backlit mirror/shaver point.

The bedroom has a lovely limed oak bed and storage in the wardrobe.

Heating is supplied by electric radiators in the main rooms and heated towel rail in the bathroom.

Sited in the courtyard of Long Lane Farm, Little Willow Barn was completed in 2025 and is owned by ourselves. We live in The Old Tythe Barn just across the courtyard, so we are on hand if you need anything.

The village has a COOP open till 10 every day and a pub. Both are a 5 to 10 minute walk from the barn.

You have use of the whole of Little Willow Barn and access to the hot tub in the garden of the main barn. We can show you how to access the hot tub on arrival, which is only 30 steps or so from Little Willow barn.

Due to the high temperature of the water, (38.5 degrees), general medical advice is that you shouldn’t use the hot tub for more than an hour due to the risk of dehydration. We can agree times with you when the hot tub will available for your sole use during your stay.

Out of respect to our neighbours, the hot tub is not available after 11pm or before 8am.

There is ample parking on the driveway and courtyard
