Rather small and cozy hotell with excellent food (both breakfast and the gourmet dinner), clean rooms, beautiful and quite pool area and super friendly staff. Only minus were the bed which were really hard, but otherwise everything was 5/5. We will come back!â

The room was nice and clean and they had a nice breakfast selection that could be enjoyed with a beutiful view of the lake. The staff were nice and helpful and the free parking was also appreciated.â

âWhat a special place!! You get the old world ambiance and amazing location and then you open your room door to a sleek and perfect interior. You simply cannot get a better location, directly across the street from the lake with full view of the castle and instant access to the lively 3.5 mile walking path. Then there is the generous and varied breakfast in a pretty little dining room â with accommodations made, on request, for gluten-free and lactose-free items.

âOnly 3 months old, everything was new, modern and clean. But the service and meals were exceptional. Full breakfast with creative list of eggs Benedict style options including a local one. The 3 course dinners also included local fare and were excellent. Also full bar with local made schnapps and extensive list of fantastic Slovenian wines. The service was also very efficient, relaxed and friendly so that we could engage the staff in conversation. The setting is a beautiful green farm...
