Hotell i Downey

“Staff were very courteous and pleasant. This hotel is located at a truck stop just off the freeway. There is a really good restaurant here and the rooms were very clean and comfy. ”

“Det står att det finns en badstrand. När vi gick ner till vattnet fick vi veta att det inte var rensat där av en kille som jobbade där. Rummet var väldigt litet så vi fick inte plats med våra resväskor. Frukosten var obefintlig.”

“They never answered the door. There was a dog barking at the glass door to the office. There was a sign that said ring the bell, but no-one came for 30min, so I gave up and left. I have a video where I called the phone sitting on the desk and no one answered… While the dog probably woke up the rest of the guest. Unless someone had a heart attack behind the desk, there is no excuse for the lack of service”

“Room was surprisingly up to par with us. Very suprised due to the old bldg. But inside is remodeled and had a full kitchen. Which is nice if you don't want to spend a lot at the restaurants. But water pressure was good and heated water was also perfect. Only downfall was the thin walls. Could hear everything the room next to us was doing. Also the train track across woke us up a couple times when it came by. They lay on those horns. ”

“The property does accept pets, although we did not have one this trip. Staff was professional and friendly, we did not need much from them so our interaction was minimal. Room was clean and we had not complaints for concerns. It is nicely located right across from the main hot pools in the town. Everything is with in walking distance which is one of the reasons we love it here. ”

“The room was very clean, no weird smells. The staff was super friendly. The hot pools were clean and peaceful and everyone was so friendly with our dog!! Huge plus!! ”

“We had such a good time, while staying at BRHS. The room was as described with amenities and we were welcomed with a warm heat setting during a cold winter day. The staff were professional and friendly. The facility was well maintained and inviting to all. One suggestion would be to include use of the hot springs with the room rate instead of separate. As the reason for renting a room was to use the hot springs. ”

“Second time staying at the Hillside. Love it here!! Spacious room with small couch, TV...comfortable, clean beds. Large shower, shampoo conditioner and body wash included & clean fluffy towels. Games under the beds for entertainment, patio with tables and chairs to lounge with partial view of the town. My only suggestion is if you drink coffee, bring your own sugar and cream. We'll book here every time!! You won't regret staying here!”

“It was a beautiful area! So beautiful and peaceful! It did snow so going up the snowy stairs was a little scary but apart was great 10/10”
