“Great hotel for an Asheville trip. Location is excellent and most downtown attractions, breweries, and restaurants are easily walkable. The bar at night was a fun place to hangout with the other guests and talk. The poor bartender needed help though. Too many people for him to be making drinks and running late night bites.”

“The Flat Iron was a great hotel experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself has a lot of character with Art Deco vibes throughout. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Asheville. Only downside would be lack of parking, if you bring a car you either have to valet park or pay for daily parking at a local garage.”

“Staff was great. Hotels is beautiful. The basement bar was awesome and served food. There is a parking garage behind the hotel that is recommended to use. Loved the little basket of food left at my door for breakfast. ”

“Best hotel ever. Convenient location, Adam the front desk was amazing. I forgot a few things and the hotel was accommodating. Parking was easy. Snacks in the morning and evening was a nice touch. ”

“Zelda Dearest is charming in every way. Walking into the building feels like coming home. The room was well stocked, delightfully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The staff was above and beyond lovely to interact with and very helpful. The location is an easy walk to downtown. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay.”

“For the price it’s incredibly clean! The decor is far from modern and it all looks a little rough, but rooms are huge (by European standards anyway) and very clean. Staff very helpful, breakfast very basic but def ok for the price. Be advised though that one whole wall of each room is window, like a store front basically. So you will need to keep the curtains fully closed unless you want the whole street to see your whole room. So essentially “no windows” unless you’re happy with that. I...

“THE ONLY ISSUE WAS SELF MADE. I THOUGHT SINCE IT SAID " BILTMORE WEST" IT WAS CLOSE TO BILTMORE LOL BUT THAT WASN'T TRUE. THE STAFF WAS VERY SWEET AND PROFESSIONAL, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. WE HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE HOTEL. ”

“Valet service seemed mainly focusing on their own importance… Reception personnel was great, nice an helpful Red Stag service was not up to the standard that you expect at this type of hotel The room was ok but nothing to “write home about”. All and all not really worth the time and money.”
