“Staff were super friendly. Got there after dark, so was pleasantly surprised how beautuful the grounds were. Staff were super friendly. There was a band playing a private larty that was loud, but shut down before 9. I knew that was possible before booking. Wish had more time to enjoy the grounds, but we spent most of the daytime exploring local communities. Nice personal touches everywhere. Better than expected especially for what we paid.”

“I used this motel while riding a motorcycle. I was doing the Chattahoochie BDRX. The motel is right on the route. The rooms are clean and plain. Nothing fancy. Fast food and a grocery store are nearby. Recommended.”

“The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten ”

“It’s not the people at Stratford, it’s the Travelocity folks. You say you won’t charge my card, but it was charged. I pay cash. Stratford refunded the charge, but not the 3% charge for using the card. SHAME on you!!! That’s a bold face lie. My card wasn’t held, it was charged. I’ll be writing the Better Business Bureau about it.”
