“They yelled at me for booking on Expedia. My reservation said accessible but they didn’t have an accessible room. I need one. The front desk guy said, you never book on Expedia. I said they are sending customers like me. I stayed my visit. I didn’t shower. The bathroom was tough. The bed was hard. I didn’t like the place”

“This is one of our go-to hotels when staying in the Prescott area. It always has competitive rates. It is a clean property with clean grounds, common spaces androoms. The staff is friendly and competent. The free hot breakfast is well done. It is a convenient location but just a bit removed from more chaotic areas,”

“Got an upgrade because of my VIP status with Expedia. Nice room with a nice view. Pool was small and jacuzzi was not very hot. Swimming pool was smallish and enclosed so it was noisy with several teenagers in the pool. They just want to have fun! Overall, a nice hotel.”

“Great stay. The room was clean and had plenary of room. One thing they need to improve is the fact that there was only one tiny trash can in the entire room. Other than that, the AC worked well, the beds were comfortable, and it was spacious. If you don’t mind the sound of airplanes overhead ( which we don’t), then this is a good option.”
