Hotell i Downtown Wichita Falls

“We came for the CSPCA National and were kindly greeted by the staff and other guests excited to see their first Shar-Pei ever! Very excited to return for the next 2 years and thank you guys for being so welcoming and helpful”

“very polite staff at desk. room was clean-only negative is stains on carpet that should be either cleaned or replaced. With breakfast very nice--only suggestion is to have (2) containers for regular coffee-had to wait twice for containers to be refilled.”

“I would rated the hotel higher except for the following issues: we stayed for 3 days and our room was never cleaned, the shower door opens inward so you get wet with cold water when you turn the tap on and the ev chargers were not working.”

“The first room we had when we got there was great but on the way back from vacation. The second room needed so much update. They said they were renovating, but they didn't have to give us the worst shower and bathroom.”

“I stayed 4 days and had a good trip. I had to clear my Dad’s estate, so was working hard everyday and appreciated the comfortable room with couch for resting at the end of a long day, the small cafe with a few meals, the many different areas to lounge, fire pits outside, workout room, hottub and business area. “The water was luke warm at best so showering wasn't fun. Other than that though, it was a nice stay.”

“Clean room and nice hotel. The pet rate was not listed on the booking site. Full breakfast”

“For the price in Wichita Falls it was decent and clean and the staff was awesome. There was breakfast that I didn’t eat, but it smelled good and the area was well kept clean. I’m not going to lie. It’s not a five star hotel. It’s a little shabby around the edges and probably need some stuff down to it but the fridge and the microwave work. The bathroom was clean. They gave me plenty of towels. The sheets were fine and other than maybe updating the pillows I have no notes. It’s a much better...

“An older hotel where the room was laid out with the sink in the open area and the shower and toilet in an enclosed segregated space. Quite unusual but acceptable. Front desk person was very nice and efficient.”

“Don't stay here ever, infested with cockroachs. Room not cleaned fridge was nasty and dirty dishes in the microwave. TV needed to be fixed properly on the wall mount. Hidden hold fees.”

“Nice staff”
