âOther then not getting a pre arrival email and having to follow up by calling as my messages were not being responded too. Once I got that sorted out it was great. Everything else was very enjoyable â
âThis was the experience we hoped for. From arrival to check out the staff were fantastic. Room was clean, functional and the view could not be beat.
I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

âNice central location but other than that not a great stay. You can see into the other bedroom next to yours. Kitchen wasn't cleaned so there was still some rice left in the pot from the previous guest. The kitchen tools were blunt and the non stick frying pan overused and had lost it's "non stick" coating. There was no mat for the shoes so there after a day out there was gravel all over the floor.
But the worst part is that we arrived one day late due to a snowstorm. Sonder made no effort to...
âI just didnât like the fact I paid just a little under 400$ for a night and was told to park my car in an underground parking lot across the street and had to pay made no sense since the hotel had parking ! â
âStaff at this hotel are friendly and very customer service oriented. Had an issue with air conditioner, went for dinner and was fixed by the time I got back to the hotel. Restaurant offers a good variety of food options and drinks. I am staying here again in two weeks.â
âWe had a great experience at Arc the Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, informative and professional! The hotel was very nice, clean, and close/walkable to many restaurants, Parliament Hill and many other cool spots. I would definitely recommend this hotel. â
âIt was a great stay near to everything, love the fact that has a full kitchen, just that the hot water is really really hot and np exhaust fan in the bathroom, need place to hang towels too cause, its too small bathroom, But over all is very good & will come back and stay here on our next Ottawa trip.â
âThe rooms were big, we got 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen. The location felt a little bit "off" and it was a little hard to find the hotell. We couldn't do an early check in but other than that it was good. Free parking outside the hotell.â
